Google Play Data Deletion Compliance Statement: Jemixo Safe does not require or support user account creation, does not store any user credentials, and does not maintain any remote cloud databases containing personal information. All operational records reside strictly on your physical Android device.

1. Overview of Data Stored by Jemixo Safe

Because Jemixo Safe does not transmit user data to external servers, "deletion" refers to purging the local application sandbox database on your phone. The data stored locally includes:

  • Scan Records & Security Scores: Historical scan timestamps and security scores calculated during device checkups.
  • WhatsApp Clean-Up Records: Temporary file pointers selected during WhatsApp storage cleanup.
  • Application Preferences: Language choice (English/Hindi), theme setting (Dark/Light/System), simple mode status, and notification flags.

2. How to Delete Your Data (Step-by-Step)

You can instantly delete all local data using either of the following straightforward methods:

Method A: In-App One-Tap Data Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Jemixo Safe app on your Android smartphone.
  2. Tap the Settings gear icon located in the upper-right corner or bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the "Your Data" or "Data & Storage" section.
  4. Tap "Delete All Scan History & Records".
  5. Confirm the prompt. The app will immediately wipe all internal SQLite tables and reset your security records to zero.

Method B: Clearing App Storage via Android System Settings

  1. Open your phone's native Settings app.
  2. Select Apps or App Management → find and tap Jemixo Safe.
  3. Tap Storage & cache.
  4. Tap "Clear storage" (or "Clear data") and confirm.
  5. This immediately purges 100% of internal files, databases, and preferences stored by Jemixo Safe.

Method C: Uninstalling the Application

Uninstalling Jemixo Safe from your Android device causes the Android operating system to completely eliminate the app's protected sandbox directory. All scan logs, configuration values, and local databases are permanently deleted from your phone with zero residue left behind.

3. Remote Server Data & Account Deletion Requests

Since Jemixo Safe does not operate user accounts, log-ins, or remote user profile servers, there are no remote accounts or remote databases to delete.

However, if you have communicated with our support desk via email and wish to have your support correspondence deleted, you may submit a request:

  • Timeline: All associated support email threads are purged from our secure helpdesk within 7 business days of request receipt.
