1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Jemixo Safe mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.

2. Nature of Service & Diagnostic Disclaimer

Important Security Disclaimer: Safety scores, permission warnings, and risk indicators generated by Jemixo Safe are diagnostic indicators derived from observable metadata on your phone. Jemixo Safe is a preventative educational and diagnostic tool — it does not warrant or guarantee that your device is completely immune from cyber threats, malware, or hardware failures.

Always verify any suspicious phone call, financial transaction, or flagged application before taking irreversible actions (such as formatting or uninstalling critical apps).

3. WhatsApp Cleaning & File Deletion

The Storage and WhatsApp cleanup tools allow you to identify and delete redundant files (such as forwarded videos, duplicate media, and cached downloads). File deletions performed through Jemixo Safe are permanent and cannot be undone. You are solely responsible for reviewing files before confirming deletion. Jemixo Safe is not liable for unintentional deletion of files selected by the user.

4. Digital Arrest & Cybercrime Guidance

Jemixo Safe provides informative safety checklists and direct dial shortcuts to the Government of India's official National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and 1930 Cyber Fraud Helpline. Jemixo Safe is an independent utility and is not an agency of the police, judiciary, or enforcement directorate. In emergencies, users should always communicate directly with official law enforcement hotlines.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, brand assets, logos, graphic user interfaces, visual design tokens, and documentation associated with Jemixo Safe are the proprietary intellectual property of Jemixo Technologies Private Limited. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute modified copies of the application without prior written authorization.

6. Termination & App Removal

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling the application from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored history and preferences are automatically deleted.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to the use of Jemixo Safe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
